Who can use it: You must have income that meets their guidelines - usually very low income, but it varies by property. You need enough income to pay rent on time. You cannot have felony convictions in the past 5 years or evictions in the past 2 years. Any bankruptcy must be fully paid off. At least one person applying must be 18 or older. Some properties are only for people 55 and older or 62 and older.
