Who runs 211 Cleveland

It lets anyone search the curated 211 resource directory for Cuyahoga County — food, housing, utility assistance, health, and other essential services — in eight languages, and connect to a live 211 navigator by phone or chat. Listings are maintained by United Way of Greater Cleveland resource staff following AIRS/211 directory practice.

• It never asks the public to create an account or sign in to search.
• It never collects payment information, Social Security numbers, or benefit case details.
• It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
