Plumbing Repair Program - Water

This program fixes water problems in your house. They repair or replace water lines, tanks, leaking faucets, and broken toilets. They can also fix frozen water lines and may install a kit to help you use less water.

Varies. There may be times when this program is unavailable due to funding.
Who can use it: You must own and live in the home (including mobile homes). Your income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. You must be a Cleveland Water Department customer. You can apply once every two years.
Languages: English on-site. Other languages by phone.
What to expect: Download an application from the website or call to ask for one mailed to you. Mail, fax, or drop off your completed application. It takes 2-3 weeks to find out if you qualify. Call Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm for questions.
