Who can use it
Your household income must be less than 125% of the poverty level. You must be a U.S. citizen. They do consider expenses like childcare, transportation, and health care. Income and asset limits don't apply if you're 60 or older. They serve Fairfield, Fayette, Hocking, Jackson, Pick counties, but they might not be able to take all eligible cases.
