A program of Cleveland Restoration Society

You can borrow money to fix the inside or outside of your historic home, like painting or landscaping. The loan cannot be used for things like vinyl siding, vinyl windows, hot tubs, swimming pools, decks, or patios. You must borrow at least $3,000. The program will help you figure out how to make your home look like it originally did.

Who can use it: Your house must be at least 50 years old and in a participating area. Your property taxes must be paid up and your home must have insurance. You cannot use this loan for work you already started or finished.
Languages: English on-site. Other languages by phone.
What to expect: Call Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, to ask questions. You can get a loan application from the website anytime and send it back by fax, email, or mail.
