Heritage Home Loan Program

A program of Cuyahoga County Department Of Development

This program gives homeowners a low-interest, fixed-rate loan to maintain and improve older houses. The loan is financed through Key Bank and Third Federal Savings & Loan. You also get help finding qualified contractors and guidance on your project.

Who can use it: Your home must be 50 years or older, be a one-, two-, or three-family home, and be located in a participating city.
