Coordinated Intake

A program of Frontline Service

A staff member will talk with you to understand your situation and see if you qualify for shelter. If you qualify, they will try to place you in an available shelter. The goal is to help you make a plan for housing right now and for the future. There is no guarantee of immediate placement because of limited shelter space.

Address
1736 Superior Ave.
Cleveland, OH 44114

Who can use it
You can use this service if you are homeless (living outside, in a condemned building, in a car, or in a dangerous environment like domestic violence or human trafficking) and are physically in Cuyahoga County. You must be 18 or older, a veteran, or part of a family with at least one adult and a minor child in your custody. Couples where both people are 60 or older can also apply. If you are being released from a hospital, rehab, jail, or other facility, you must have nowhere to sleep that night. You must be able to take care of yourself—feed yourself, bathe, use the restroom, take your own medicine, and get up off the floor without help. Service animals and emotional support animals may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
