This office investigates consumer scams and unfair business practices. They help people who lost money or information to scams. They try to solve problems between you and a business, including issues with debt collectors, home repairs, car sales, pricing, and warranties. If needed, they can report the problem to the prosecutor, attorney general, or other agencies.

- You can use this service if you or the business involved has an address in Cuyahoga County. If you are a tenant with a landlord problem, they can help. If you are a landlord with a tenant problem, contact your city's housing court instead.
