They have 32 apartments with 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms in one building. The rent is set at a lower price than most apartments in the area. You pay a fixed amount each month.

Who can use it: You must be 18 or older and make at least $900 a month. This is not for people who need emergency housing right now.
Languages: English on-site. Other languages by phone.
What to expect: Call or visit Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, to fill out a form. This form puts you on a waiting list if an apartment opens up. There is usually a waiting list for this program.
